Project (NYRP), founded by Bette Midler gives employees an opportunity to get outside in the fresh air and work in teams alongside their field crew to revitalize an under-served park or community garden. And now with Krysalis, the impact of these events can be two-fold by turning them into team building/team bonding days that foster team spirit, provide skill-building opportunities, and expose participants to a unique way of learning about teamwork.

Planting Ideas: Gives the day a goal by
structuring the project around teaching teams how to set objectives, assign
roles and tasks, and evaluate performance. The benefit is a heightened
